This video seems to be like a lost episode of Sprockets, with a lisping German singer who constantly raises his eyebrows, perhaps in a not too subtle recognition of his underlying Schadenfreude. Enjoy!

Wow. That guy (?) reminds me of Herr Lipp, the pedophilic German from the 2nd season of The League of Gentlemen. But to answer your question, no, you should not enjoy that. Though now that I think about it, I want to watch it again...
