Out of the mouths of babes...

I decided to go and help the Boy Scouts one more time picking up garbage at the TVA Fair this weekend. Surprisingly, it was not as bad as had been predicted, especially with the rodeo in town. The capstone to the evening, at least for me, was when one of the young Scouts called another Scout some "bad" name, like "you big idiot" or "doo-doo breath" or something along those lines, something that ALL the other Scouts were thinking but none actually said. The insulted Scout demanded that his insulter show contrition by saying 10 nice things in exchange for the one bad thing. Without hesitation, the first Scout, Tyler, looked at the other and immediately said the best insult I've heard in years: "You look like Snoopy and it makes me smile!"
